City Premiere Hotel Apartments - Dubai's convenient location in the Mall of the Emirates made it easy for me to explore nearby attractions, such as The Green Planet. I was pleasantly surprised by the personalized choices at Planners, and the 24-hour room service provided a great dining convenience. The variety of fine pastries and cakes at Café Premiere was a tempting treat.

Lack of communication between staff.

This hotel is superbly located, just a stone's throw away from the Metro station, making it super convenient to travel around the city. the spacious apartments are ideal for families or groups of friends, offering a comfortable and homely vibe. Plus, the easy access to a supermarket and nearby restaurants adds a great touch to the stay. the quick availability of taxis and food delivery services make life so much easier!

While the wooden flooring in the bedrooms showed some signs of wear and tear, it didn't really affect our overall experience. It might be a good idea for the hotel to look into upgrading the flooring to maintain the high standard of the place.

I stayed at City Premiere for a business trip and had a wonderful experience. The location was ideal, just a short 3-minute walk to the metro station. The shuttle service to the mall was a great added convenience and had multiple schedules. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious, giving me the feeling of having my own apartment rather than being in a hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. I also highly recommend trying the Tagine Menu - the chicken/lamb and vegetable dish was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. If I ever return to Dubai, I will definitely book at City Premiere.

Situated on the 20th floor, the temperature-controlled swimming pool offers stunning city views, creating a peaceful and serene environment for a refreshing swim. The fully equipped gym with a certified trainer allowed me to maintain my fitness routine while traveling for work. Additionally, the sauna and steam room provided a relaxing retreat after a busy day of meetings and appointments.

Poor receptionist staff.

Ski Dubai was such a unique experience, and the view from my apartment was absolutely breathtaking. The central location made it easy to explore the city.
